AEROBICS AND SPIN CLASS SCHEDULES

Please Note that all of our aerobics classes have a mixture of different cardiovascular techniques such as Zumba, Salsa Merengue, Kick Boxing, Spin, etc incorporated into them (in addition to standard aerobics). We do this for maximum fitness purposes and to provide a healthy variety of things for our members to be involved in without having to take more than one class. Instructors will vary the class content based on your needs and desires. For more information please speak with one of our instructors in the gym.
